Withdrawal and cancellation
As a consumer you can withdraw within the first 14 days. Cancelling works at any time: to the end of the term, or as a consumer after the first term with one month's notice, on the server's page or through “Cancel contracts here”.
Withdrawal within the first 14 days
As a consumer you can withdraw from a contract within 14 days of concluding it (the payment). Because the server is set up at once, you then pay for the time it was already running; we refund the rest. If you paid partly from your balance and partly with your payment method, we refund to your payment method first, up to what it paid; the share for the time used is thus taken from the balance part first.
Open Withdraw from contract. The link is also at the bottom of every page, on the order page and on the server's page.
Signed in, you choose the servers still within the period; the page shows what you get back. Without signing in, you enter the order, invoice or contract number and your email address.
Press Confirm withdrawal. You get a confirmation at once by email and on the page; the server is stopped at once.

Cancelling on the server's page
On your server's overview, in the Billing card: Cancel at the end of the term and confirm by holding. The cancellation takes effect at once. As a consumer, after the first term you can Cancel with one month's notice, whether you pay monthly, quarterly or yearly: the contract then ends one month after the cancellation, and we refund the time already paid after that pro rata. If the term ends sooner, the contract ends with it.
- From then on nothing more is charged. Until the contract ends the server runs as usual.
- At the end it stops; 30 days later it is deleted. Until then you can take back the cancellation, reactivate the server or download a game server with Export everything.
- If deletion protection is on, cancelling is locked here; switch it off under Settings first.
Cancel contracts here
Under Cancel contracts here you cancel any contract, signed in or not. Choose the earliest possible date, a later date or without notice (with a reason) and press Cancel now. An ordinary cancellation of your own server, signed in, takes effect at once; everything else we check and confirm when it takes effect. You get a confirmation by email in every case.
Withdrawal and this form always work, even when deletion protection is on.
