View and pay invoices
All invoices and credit notes in one place: download as PDF, print, export them all at once and pay open invoices directly.
Under Invoices you find every invoice and credit note, numbered in sequence (such as GF-2026-0042). At the top you see the open amount, what you paid this year, the next renewal and your balance. Filter the list with Open, Paid, Credit notes and Cancelled.
Download and export
- On an invoice's page: Download PDF or Print.
- Export all: as a spreadsheet (CSV) for your accounts, or all as PDF in a ZIP file (the newest 500).
New invoices also come by email and in your notifications.
Paying an open invoice
Open the invoice. At the top it says This invoice is open.
If you have a balance, you can apply it or pay the whole invoice from it.
Otherwise press Pay … now and pay through Stripe.
If you pay the invoice of an automatic renewal, the payment method is saved for the next renewals; for servers you pay in advance, nothing is saved. A direct debit is only confirmed after a few days; until then the payment shows as being processed.
If a renewal invoice stays unpaid, we stop the server 3 days after it is due. Your data is kept, and after payment the server starts again by itself.
Credit notes
A credit note is issued, for example, after a withdrawal, after a contract ends with paid time left, or for a refund. It says where the money goes: to your balance, back to the payment method (a few days, depending on the bank) or by bank transfer.
Change the billing address
You change the address for future invoices under Account, Billing address. Invoices already issued stay as they are.
