Team: access to the whole account
Give someone access to all your servers, to billing, or to both, instead of sharing each server on its own. Cancelling, withdrawing and your account itself stay with you.
You manage the team under Account → Team. A share in the Sharing tab is for one server; a place in the team is for the whole account, including servers you order later.
The three roles
- All servers
- Every server, website and VPS of the account, with the rights you choose (the same rights and presets as sharing)
- Billing
- Invoices, payment methods and balance. No servers, no console, no files
- Both
- All servers with the chosen rights, plus billing
Invite someone
Under Account → Team, press Invite someone and enter the email address.
Choose the Access and, if servers are part of it, the rights.
Press Invite. If you signed in more than a few minutes ago, briefly confirm that it is you.
The person gets an email. They only have access once they press Accept while signed in with exactly that address, in the link from the email or on their overview. Your servers then appear for them under Shared with you; with billing, they switch between their account and yours under Invoices.
What stays with the owner
- Cancelling, withdrawing and deleting the account.
- Transferring servers, the team itself and the sharing of single servers.
- Your sign-in: email address, passkeys, two-factor, signed-in devices, your API keys and your billing address.
- How each server is paid (automatically or in advance) and the balance's warning threshold.
Members never see your email address; invoices show without it.
Team and sharing at once
If someone has a share of a server and is in the team as well, the higher right applies on that server. The Sharing tab shows this next to the person and lists who has access through the team.
Require two-factor for everyone
With Require two-factor sign-in for everyone, members reach your servers and your billing only with an authenticator app set up. Anyone without one stays in the team, sees a note with the way to set it up, and gets access as soon as the app is set up. The list shows you who still lacks it. A passkey alone does not count here: with one, the sign-in link alone still opens the account. Switching it on or off needs a fresh sign-in and appears in the history.
Remove and leave
When you remove someone (held confirmation), their access to all servers and billing ends at once. Open consoles and SFTP connections on your game servers are closed. Shares of single servers they also have stay. A member can also leave a team themselves.
History
Below the team you see who invited, changed or removed whom, and what members did with billing (an invoice paid, the balance topped up, a payment method changed). What a member does on a server appears as usual in its Activity, under their name.
Limits
- At most 10 people per team; pending and declined invitations count too.
- Invitations go by email only; send again at most every 10 minutes.
- A member's API keys can never do more than the member and do not reach your account's billing.
- Only you switch a server's automatic scaling on or change it, since switching it on agrees to extra costs in your name. Members with billing see it and can switch it off; you then get a notice.
- A VPS console runs over a connection of its own; an open VPS console only ends on removal once it is closed. The person can no longer open it again.

- Share a server: sharing with permissionsInvite players, moderators or admins by email and decide exactly what each person may do. Invoices, passwords and sharing stay with you.
- View and pay invoicesAll invoices and credit notes in one place: download as PDF, print, export them all at once and pay open invoices directly.
- Payment methodsSave a payment method, set it as default or backup, and remove it. Payments run through Stripe; card details never reach our servers.
- Automatic scalingYour game server or your Bots & Apps server moves to the next larger plan by itself when it runs short, and back to the smaller one later if you like. Up to the plan and the monthly cost you set. Off until you switch it on.
